La Mer. Is the high price tag worth it?

I don’t believe hype. I believe results. Specially when the product comes with such a high price tag (310$+tax). I have combination skin (oily T-zone), acne, and now wrinkles. I have tried so many products for acne with various moisturizers (prescription and over the counter) with no results. Either the moisturizers caused me to breakout or left even more shine. Out of sheer desperation, I tried a sample of La Mer moisturizing gel for two weeks. I was impressed right away with the initial results. It felt hydrating and soothing when I applied it to my skin. My skin seemed softer and had a bit of a glow almost right away. After a week of use I noticed my dry patches and texture issues were improving. My adult acne and redness also improved. I decided to purchase The Moisturizing Gel Cream in a full size. It really turned out to be a miracle product for my skin.

If you always wanted to purchase La Mer product but was not sure, I can say for sure that La Mer the moisturizing gel cream worth every cent.

The Refining Facial does everything it promises. Leaves behind a rich moisture barrier because of the beautiful oils it contains. A lot of other facial buffers are really harsh and make microtears in the skin. Particularly coffee scrubs and nut-based scrubs! This La Mer facial buffer is very gentle, it smells amazing, and your face feels fresh, not scoured or red. Definitely worth the seemingly steep price (95$+tax) because you use so little each time. I only use it twice a week. I’ve recently become a La Mer convert and I’m loving the newest addition to my collection!

Tip: I leave it on to dry for 5-10 minutes and it comes off so easily. My skin is left feeling smoother and looking brighter and more awake than ever!
